The idle loader at Sector 3 should be at Sector 1 by tomorrow morning.
Visibility that ends at a single site is where rented capacity leaks in. The board sees every site at once, and suggests moves before the invoice for extra rental arrives.
Idle is not the same as parked.
A unit that has logged less than a threshold of running hours across the last shift or working day.
A unit that is not currently in a scheduled service window - it is available, not being worked on.
A neighbouring site is behind schedule on a task this unit type can perform.
The move can be done inside the operating day without disrupting a critical task.
One reallocation, three constraints.
Cheaper than rental. Safer than overrun.
The board could have suggested an excavator swap or a compactor return instead. It did not, because LD-07 was the only idle unit that matched Sector 1 aggregate handling, was not in a service window, and could reach the site before the next shift.
What the board will never do on its own.
The board suggests. The site supervisor and the fleet manager sign off. Nothing moves without a human accept.
A unit inside a predicted or active service window is excluded from allocation until service is cleared.
A unit currently on a critical path task is not proposed for relocation, even if it looks idle for a moment.
